No words can express the excitement that I have to officially announce my very first cookbook – Colossal Cookies!!

It is a book entirely focused on the colossal cookie with over 75 cookie recipes plus over 20 variations for 100 recipes!! It includes my all-time favorites, in which anyone can learn to make the Babka with Nutella cookie or Billionaire (chocolate chip, chocolate, shortbread and salted caramel) cookie, along a chapter to make short-cut versions of the colossal cookie! There’s also an entire chapter of chocolate chip cookies and another chapter for chocolate lovers. And since I’m always up for desserts, I have a chapter with breakfast cookies!…I love any excuse to have cookies for breakfast.
